Georgia Hogwood is a multidisciplinary artist from Glebe, Sydney. Her work is an inquiry into the sensory and perceptual distortions experienced within dissociative states. Through the medium of painting, the human form is split, doubled and fragmented, giving multiple facets to the one self. Georgia strives to render these abstract, elusive experiences in a manner that renders them more approachable and comprehensible, hoping to facilitate open and candid dialogues about mental health.
