Cheryl Allen is an emerging artist living and working in Sydney NSW. Her work is predominantly figurative, using oil paint on canvas and board. Cheryl draws inspiration from observation and personal photographs. Through her exploration of light and colour she aims to capture the intimacy of moments in time and invites the viewer to attach an emotive response. Cheryl has studied painting and drawing in New York and London and most recently has been a finalist in the Artists of Mosman Exhibition at the Mosman Art Gallery.
